When importing files, WebCheckout will display errors found in the file. Errors are grouped into sets of error types. Operators may click on the header to see more detail about the error. Errors are frequently caused by misplaced spaces, mismatched capilatization and/or duplicate values.

Error messages are listed in the orange bar with four columns beneath providing details of the error.

  • The first column provides the row number with the error from the pertinent spreadsheet.
  • The second column shows the name of the primary column.
  • The third column is OID in the database to reference if you need help from our Support team.
  • The fourth column lists the column header name with the issue from the spreadsheet.

Errors messages are relatively self-explanatory. Duplicate Resource IDs and barcodes are the most common problem. Capitalization, punctuation, and white space mistakes also occur frequently.
